I: TeamDML REPORT

Canada’s new era awaits

What’s Happening…

FROM DML

>Justice for Giuliani

Trump is definitely one of the most targeted people in the country when it comes to the radicals in our justice system, but perhaps a close second or in the top 5 is former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani. I had the pleasure of interviewing him for one of my first documentaries; he’s a good man and was a fantastic leader for New York City, back during a time when the city desperately needed strong leadership.

And yet, a federal judge held Giuliani in contempt for failing to hand over all of his personal assets to Georgia poll workers, whom he accused of election fraud in 2020. Giuliani has not paid the bulk of the $148 million defamation judgment they won, and while the judge has not yet specified the sanctions Giuliani will face, it’s not looking good. Maybe Trump can help out his old friend?

FROM DENNY

>Trudeau is done

It’s official! Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is resigning as the Liberal Party leader and Prime Minister once a new leader is elected. This comes after nine years of service to his party by completely tarnishing Canada’s societal sanctity with rampant dismantling of the country’s independent strength through woke, ultra-liberal, and even downright dangerous policies (Canada, unlike the U.S., Great Britain, or Germany, has not labeled radical Islamist group Hizb ut Tahrir as a terrorist group, despite their calls for violence).

To symbolize Trudeau’s awful leadership, paper sheets of his planned speech blew off with the wind from the lectern just before his announcement. It’s a much watch if you want a giggle, as well as hope for Canada’s future now that Trump is taking office (he’s already reignited talks about “Canada, the 51st state”).

FROM RYAN

>Kamala’s closeout

One of the great ironies in the American political system is that the person who lost the presidential race often presides over their own defeat. In this case, today’s unlucky candidate happens to be Vice President Harris. As President of the Senate, one of Harris’ last duties before Jan. 20 was to certify Trump today… it’s a tough day to be Kamala Harris.

II: WHITE HOUSE 2025

Confirmed and ready to fight

TRUMP 2025

President-elect Donald Trump filed a motion to delay his January 10 sentencing in the New York v. Trump case.

Judge Juan Merchan had set the sentencing date ahead of Trump’s January 20 inauguration, announcing it would impose no punishment but officially label Trump a "convicted felon."

In response to Merchan’s announcement on the sentencing, Trump campaign advisor Corey Lewandowski wrote on X: “The case against Donald Trump was a farce. The upcoming sentencing is a farce. And in spite of the lawfare (motivated by wanting to keep President Trump out of the White House), the election will be certified today, he’ll be sworn in as the 47th President on January 20th, and America will be great again!”

ALSO: The U.S. Congress and Senate met at 1:00 pm today in a Joint Session to formally certify the 2024 presidential election results. Vice President Kamala Harris, as president of the Senate, presided over the certification of President-elect Donald Trump’s landslide victory, marking her own defeat. Watch Here.

The Biden Blues

THE LEFT 2025

President Biden took a final swipe at the press during a White House event Sunday, targeting President-elect Trump after signing the Social Security Fairness Act.

As the reporters inundated Biden with questions, such as if he still considered Trump a “threat to democracy” despite his incoming inauguration, the president snapped back, including with a cuss word.

“I might be the oldest president, but I know more world leaders than any one of you have ever met in your whole goddamn life!” Biden hollered at the reporters.

Scott Jennings, a conservative commentator for CNN, mocked Biden’s outburst: “The most civil, decent, and devoutly Catholic president we’ve ever had.”

ALSO: New Jersey teachers are no longer required to pass basic reading, writing, and math tests for public school eligibility under Act 1669. Signed by Gov. Phil Murphy in June, the law took effect Wednesday to address teacher shortages by removing what New Jersey educators called a certification "barrier." However, the report notes that the state has a 17% increase in the number of ‘English Language Learner’ (ELL) instructors but a 9% decrease in world language instructors and an 8% decrease for math and science teachers. III: BORDERLESS

Despicable crimes of illegals

ICE arrested Emilio Jose Pena-Casilla, a 46-year-old Dominican illegal immigrant charged with sex crimes and kidnapping, in Boston after local authorities released him despite an ICE detainer request.

Pena-Casilla, charged with assault to rape, kidnapping, and other offenses, illegally entered the U.S. near Eagle Pass, Texas, in January 2023. Initially placed in the Alternatives to Detention program with GPS monitoring, he was removed from the program a month later.

In July, Pena-Casilla was arraigned in Massachusetts, but a detainer issued by ICE was ignored, and he was released on GPS monitoring. ICE later tracked him down in December. This follows a similar Boston case where ICE arrested a Peruvian illegal immigrant for raping a minor.

ALSO: Meanwhile, in the UK, the British government is reportedly withholding data on the deportation of grooming gang child rapists while refusing to launch a national public inquiry. According to The Telegraph, requested statistics on foreign offenders removed from the country were declined.
One such individual, Qari Abdul Rauf, convicted of trafficking and raping a 15-year-old in Rochdale, was released early after serving only two and a half years and remains in the UK. Read More Here.
