The Bondi Backup Plan
I: THE DML REPORT
Bring in Bondi!
Written by Denny
The name’s Bondi. Pam, Bondi.
And she is our official replacement option for Attorney General following Matt Gaetz’s departure from the nomination. In wars, battles are won or loss. We’re in a war for America’s future. And while we won the battle with Trump’s election and most of his nominations, some losses will occur. The loss of Gaetz is a brutal one.
There are many questions raised as to what happens with Gaetz now. Why did he withdraw his name for consideration following a meeting with key senators? Rumors are circulating that his ouster was due to four notorious RINOS: Senate Leader Mitch McConnell, Maine’s Sen. Susan Collins, Alaska’s Sen. Lisa Murkowski, and recently elected Senator to Utah, John Curtis.
There are also rumors of the report by the Ethics Committee regarding the former allegations of Gaetz sleeping with a 17-year-old minor. After years of investigation, nothing has been proven of the matter. But sometimes, behind closed doors, there are matters discussed not meant to be privy to the public (even when it should).
Either way, Gaetz is in limbo. Potentially as a representative, too, due to his resignation. It’s a gray zone territory of where he may fall. Some speculate he could be appointed to Marco Rubio’s Senate seat by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. Others think he may have an alternative role in Trump world. Some suggest, however, this could be the end to his rising political career.
Or maybe, this was the plan all along…?
It remains to be seen, but the recruitment of Pam Bondi, the former state attorney general to Florida for eight years, is a solid backup plan. She already has an impressive list of credentials:
Spent over 18 years as a prosecutor in Hillsborough County, Florida, handling cases ranging from domestic violence to capital murder.
Assistant State Attorney and served as a spokesperson for the office.
Served as the 37th Attorney General of Florida from 2011 to 2019, becoming the first female to hold this position in Florida's history, and was re-elected in 2014 for a second term.
Successfully pushed for reforms to combat prescription drug abuse during her first legislative session as Attorney General. She also worked on issues like human trafficking, opioid abuse, and consumer protection during her tenure.
Brought for legal challenges against the Affordable Care Act.
Involved with the America First Policy Institute, leading its Center for Litigation and co-chairing the Center for Law and Justice.

TRUMP 2024
Trial-free Trump for 2025
A Manhattan judge has delayed Donald Trump’s sentencing in his hush-money case and will consider dismissing the case following Trump’s election as president.
Justice Juan Merchan cited concerns raised by Trump’s lawyers that the proceeding could disrupt the “orderly transition of executive power” and destabilize the nation. Merchan has instructed Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg and Trump’s legal team to submit arguments in December before issuing a ruling.
The delay increases the likelihood that Trump will assume the presidency without being affected by the four criminal cases against him. This case centered on alleged hush money paid to Stormy Daniels, who claims she had an affair with Trump in 2006—an allegation he denies.
He was convicted by Merchan, whose daughter Loren Merchan, has been involved with Democratic political activities, primarily through her association with Authentic Campaigns. AC is a political consulting firm that works with Democratic candidates and groups. Notably, Loren was the director of digital persuasion for Kamala Harris's 2020 presidential campaign before Harris became the Vice President.
Despite being convicted by a New York jury earlier this year, the verdict boosted Trump's support, with donors contributing a record $34.8 million within hours of the ruling.
It’d be nice not to see Trump sit in an unnecessary courtroom again in 2025.

THE LEFT 2024
Uncle Joe bails out Ukraine
The Biden administration has informed Congress of its plan to cancel $4.65 billion in debt owed by Ukraine, representing half of an economic loan extended earlier this year.
State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller confirmed the move, citing provisions in a $60 billion aid package passed in April that allowed for loan forgiveness. The package included $9 billion in loans, with the administration now opting to cancel part of it.
Congress can block the cancellation through a resolution of disapproval. Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) introduced such a resolution on Wednesday, with Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) pledging to follow suit in the Senate.
With Democrats controlling the Senate, efforts to block the Biden administration's loan forgiveness are likely futile. Biden would veto any resolution even if it passed.
Senators Mike Lee and Paul spoke out publicly against Biden’s effort, as did Rep. Massie, who wrote on X: “On his way out, Joe Biden is trying to forgive $4.65 billion of debt Ukraine owes America’s taxpayers. I just introduced H.J.Res 224 to stop this “America Last” policy from taking effect.”

Maddow, who currently earns $30 million annually for hosting her Monday-only show, agreed to a reduced $25 million salary for the next five years. This comes after the news that Comcast is considering selling MSNBC. Read More Here.
III: BORDERLESS
Operation Fast Track
The Biden administration is quietly pushing new policies to ease restrictions on migrants who entered the U.S. illegally, aiming to counter President-elect Donald Trump’s planned immigration crackdowns.
In December, an ICE Portal app will launch that will allow migrants to skip in-person check-ins at ICE offices. Homeland Security sources warn that the app, which is reportedly glitchy and unreliable, could make it easier for migrants to evade authorities.
The new ICE Portal app, set to enroll up to 100,000 migrants, lacks features of the current in-person system, such as checking for past arrests or warrants or requiring proof of address. Unlike the existing app, it doesn't track GPS locations during check-ins and has compatibility issues with Android phones, raising concerns about its effectiveness.
