What’s Happening…

> KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT / TAKE YOUR SIGN DOWN
The upcoming election is going to be the most chaotic event of our lifetime — that’s my prediction. There will be accusations of voter fraud from coast to coast, and I do not believe we know the winner for a time period that will be uncomfortable. I don’t know how long we go without a declared winner, but if you think you’ll know the final tally on Wednesday morning, I think you are kidding yourself.
Earlier today, a video of a woman who appears to hate Trump went viral. In the video she knocks on the door of a complete stranger because the homeowner has a Trump sign on her front lawn. Speaking into a RING camera, the woman curses at the homeowner for supporting Trump. This sort of behavior is outrageous, but it happens all the time and nothing is ever done about it. No punishment at all… nothing.
On the flip side, if a Trump supporter does something that appears unhinged, or even questions the election, they are vilified and held to a different set of rules. There is no better example than what has happened to the former mayor of NYC, Rudy Giuliani.
Last December, a federal jury ordered Giuliani to pay nearly $150 million to two female election workers from Georgia. He was ordered to pay $16,171,000 to one of the workers for defamation, $16,998,000 to the other worker for defamation, $20 million to each worker for emotional distress and $75 million total in punitive damages. The amounts of ridiculous!
There are people who lose their limbs in DWI accidents, and the drunk driver doesn’t have to pay as much as $50,000 in damages. There are people who are killed by illegal aliens, and nothing is ever paid to the families. But two election workers, who arguably will never earn a million dollars in their entire lives, are to received roughly $75m each? Come on, who are we kidding.
The two workers have been trying to collect from Rudy for nearly a year, and it looks like they will get their money — or at least some of it anyway.
A federal judge on Tuesday ordered former Trump attorney, Rudy Giuliani, to turn over all his valuable possessions including his Manhattan penthouse apartment to the control of the two election workers. The list of assets being lost by Rudy is extensive, you can see the list here.
In my opinion, this is lawfare at its worst. Even if Rudy is guilty — if he said things he should not have said — to strip a man of everything he owns over a defamation case is outrageous and unjustified. I think Rudy, who is 80, is being held up as an example. The same can be said about Fox News having to pay nearly a billion dollars to the election service provider, Dominion.
It is not by chance that the actions against Rudy are unfolding with just two weeks until the election. The people in power are ready to wield their strength. If you dare speak out about anyone or anything connected to the election process, especially if you are suggesting Trump lost due to fraud, you stand to lose everything. So, in other words, be you the person with a Trump sign on the lawn, or a public figure like Rudy who suspects wrongdoing, be prepared to be attacked or even worse, hung out to dry in 2024. Be ready to live in a tent, if not a jail cell.

>Tulsi’s Turnaround
At Trump’s rally in Greensboro, North Carolina, former congresswoman and Democratic presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard announced her decision to join the Republican Party.
The 43-year-old represented Hawaii in Congress from 2013 to 2021 and was vice-chair of the Democratic National Committee from 2013 to 2016. She also ran in the 2020 Democratic presidential primary.
Over time, Gabbard often criticized fellow Democrats and their policies, clashing notably with Kamala Harris and Hillary Clinton. After leaving Congress, she shifted further away from the leftist ideologies of the Democrats, declaring in 2022 that she was leaving the Democratic Party to become an Independent. She supported several Republican candidates in the 2022 midterms and endorsed Trump for the 2024 election, joining the MAGA movement.
Welcome aboard, Tulsi! Watch her announcement here.

>LOCK HIM UP
During a visit to a Democratic campaign office in Concord, NH, President Biden shocked listeners by saying the quiet part out loud: that his predecessor, Donald Trump, should be locked up.
“If I said this five years ago, you’d lock me up: We gotta lock him up,” Biden, 81, said
Biden tried to backtrack after a brief pause by claiming he meant “politically lock him up.”
But it gets worse. During his rambling rant, Biden attacked Trump for his position on wanting to rid the Department of Education.
“This is a guy who also wants to replace every civil servant. Every single one, thinks he has a right of the Supreme Court ruling on immunity to be able to, if need be… if it was the case, to actually eliminate, physically eliminate shoot and kill someone who is a… he believes to be a threat to him,” declared Biden. “I mean, so I know this sounds bizarre… We gotta lock him up.”

TRUMP 2024
Written by Denny
President Trump held a roundtable with Latino leaders in Miami on Tuesday, just hours after a poll showed him leading Vice President Harris by 11 points among Latino voters.
The event at Trump National Doral Miami featured prominent Latino leaders, including Florida GOP Reps. Maria Salazar and Carlos Gimenez, Miami Mayor Francis Suarez, Florida Sen. Rick Scott, and Hialeah Mayor Esteban Bovo.
"The Latino community knows that President Donald J. Trump is the only candidate who can bring prosperity back to America," the Trump campaign said ahead of the major event. "That's why they'll turn out in record numbers on November 5th to vote for him to be the 47th President of the United States."
A new USA Today/Suffolk University poll shows Trump leading Harris by 11 points among Latino voters, with 49% backing Trump and 38% supporting Harris. Nationally, the poll puts them almost tied, with Harris at 45% and Trump at 44%. Among Black voters, Harris holds a significant lead at 72% to Trump's 17%, but this 55-point margin is smaller than the usual Democratic advantage.

HARRIS 2024
Written by DML
On April 24, 2007, Kamala Harris, then San Francisco's district attorney, testified before Congress to support the John R. Justice Prosecutors and Defenders Incentive Act. The bill aimed to create a student loan repayment program for state and local prosecutors, which Harris argued would attract top legal talent to public service.
In her written statement to the House Judiciary Committee, she highlighted how prosecutors burdened with student debt often leave for higher-paying private sector jobs, leaving district attorney offices understaffed and forcing rookie attorneys to handle complex cases.
Harris wrote: “There are numerous criminal cases that are particularly difficult because of the dynamics involved. To name just a few—child abuse, elder neglect, domestic violence, identity theft and public corruption. The stakes are simply too high to allow any attorney other than experienced prosecutors to handle these matters.”
Harris argued that the bill would encourage lawyers to pursue public service by repaying loans for prosecutors and public defenders or reduce the incentive to leave it.
While her statement was pragmatic, reportedly it wasn't original. Nearly all of her testimony was copied from one given two months earlier by Paul Logli, district attorney of Winnebago County, Illinois. Harris used the same language, cited the same surveys, made the same points in the same order, and even repeated the same typos. The stark difference was that Harris, a Democrat, presented to the House Judiciary Committee, while Logli, a Republican, testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

III: BORDERLESS
Written by Ryan
During a Harris rally in Detroit, former President Barack Obama attacked Donald Trump's handling of immigration. Obama falsely claimed that Trump's policies failed to address illegal immigration, even though the numbers prove otherwise. Obama then attempted to cast doubt on Trump's plan for mass deportations.
In reality, Trump's policies significantly impacted illegal border crossings. Under his administration, border apprehensions dropped from 851,508 in 2019 to just over 400,000 in 2020, primarily due to Trump's use of Title 42 during the pandemic, which expedited deportations for public health reasons.
After the Biden-Harris administration reversed many of Trump's immigration policies in 2021, border crossings skyrocketed, hitting a record 2.2 million in 2022, a far cry from the numbers Obama mentioned.
Obama’s critique that Trump failed to fix immigration doesn’t hold up against the data. Under Trump, border control measures were stricter and far more effective than under Biden.
Now, with illegal immigration continuing to surge, Trump’s approach to mass deportation and a more assertive border enforcement policy seems more needed than ever. His commitment to deploying military troops to the U.S.-Mexico border, raiding workplaces harboring illegal immigrants, and enforcing immigration laws resonates with many voters, as shown by recent polling.
ALSO: The federal government has been transporting illegal immigrants caught at California's overwhelmed southern border to other states, avoiding street releases just weeks before the November election to prevent negative optics. Read more here.
